Thank you for visiting and shopping at PawNook! We are committed to bringing you high-quality products from global suppliers at the best possible prices. Because we source our products internationally, our shipping process differs slightly from local retailers.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Shipping Estimates

To keep our prices low and quality high, we ship directly from our global partners. Estimated delivery times for our main regions are 6-10 business days.

Please note: This is an estimate. Factors such as customs processing, seasonal high volumes, or carrier delays may affect delivery times.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information is usually active and updated within 48–72 hours of shipment.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

PawNook is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Especially for our customers in the UK and Canada, please be aware of your local import regulations.

Multiple Packages

To ensure you get your items as fast as possible, orders with multiple items may occasionally be shipped in separate packages. Don’t worry if one item arrives before the other—the rest is on its way!

Incorrect Shipping Address

We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable due to missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. Please ensure you provide the correct shipping details at checkout. If you realize you’ve made a mistake, contact us at pawnookshop@gmail.com immediately.

Lost or Stolen Packages

PawNook is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
