Thank you for shopping at Pawnook. We stand behind the quality of our products. Because we work with global suppliers to bring you the best prices, our return process focuses on hassle-free replacements or refunds rather than physical returns.
Return Policy
We have a 30-day policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a replacement or a refund. To be eligible, you’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase and clear evidence (such as photos) of the issue.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. Since we do not require items to be mailed back, we ask that you contact us immediately at pawnookshop@gmail.com if:
- The item is defective or damaged.
- You received the wrong item.
- The item is significantly different from the description.
To speed up the process, please include your order number and clear photos or a short video showing the defect or damage. If the issue is confirmed, we will either send you a replacement free of charge or issue a refund, depending on your preference and product availability.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be refunded or replaced unless they arrive damaged or defective. These may include:
- Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds on gift cards.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us at pawnookshop@gmail.com.If your request is approved, we will arrange a replacement shipment when possible.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have reviewed your request and any supporting information you provide.
If your refund is approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at pawnookshop@gmail.com.
